HOUSEMATE RELATIONS

SEVENTH YEARS

+ Best mate | Edgar Bones
Edgar and Caradoc seemed to hit it off relatively quick when Hogwarts started. Their personalities seemed to accentuate each others and there was a sense of comfort between them. Caradoc finds Edgar to be his equal in almost every way and in turn knows that he can be as open about things with him as he is with himself. They have their share of inside jokes, rituals, and phrases that keep their friendship smelling fresh. If there was anyone Caradoc would trust with his life - it'd be Edgar Bones, for sure.

+ Cordial Dormmate | Kirley Duke McCormack
Caradoc gets on with Duke for the most part, however, he can only take the boy in small doses. There's only so much one can take when you can't have a serious sober conversation with someone. For the most part, Caradoc, thinks Kirley to be one of those people that'll only amount to something by using his family connections. Which, by the way, is pretty fuckinng stellar - Catorina McCormack is one hot lady even if she is a mum.

+ The One Day | Glenda Chittock
Caradoc has always found Glenda Chittock to be relatively attractive. For the most part she'd be a great snog to add to his list - bragging rights and all. Unfortunately, the girl has a bit more morals than one might like and given the fact that Caradocs never really had much interest pursuing a serious relationship with his housemate he's never put forth much of the effort. Instead their relationship consists of a great deal of open flirting and a great deal of open rejection. At this point it's become some sort of near twisted game that amuses Caradoc more than it really should. In the end he does respect Glenda's ability to stick close to her morals - and will secretly...or not so secretly hold hope that one day...they'll have a mad hot snog session! One day! Until then he's perfectly content being friends.....if that's what you can call it.

SEVENTH YEARS

+ The Schoolyard Crush Acquaintance | Mafalda Hopkirk
Caradoc had always thought Mafalda Hopkirk to be a bit on the attractive side. But for whatever reason never acted on the impulse. He's always had preconceived notions that she were so far out of his league that he subconsciously turned it into a "I just like picking on her" situation. Ever since they met in classes early on, Caradoc's always playfully taunted the girl with stupid questions and random comments. They seem to get along as decent acquaintances for the most part, but there's that lingering bridge between them that's a bit too intimidating to cross at the moment. If anyone asks him about it he's likely to say, "Hopkirk's cool, sure - too bad she's not very pretty."

+ The Rival | Sirius Black
Sirius Black and Caradoc Dearborn had never truly been friends. If anything there was an unspoken competitiveness between them in the classroom and on the quidditch field. Their personal loathing for one another first openly peeked it's head in their fifth year when Sirius started making advances toward Caradoc's long term girlfriend, [OPEN GIRLFRIEND #1]. When Sirius finally managed to win the girl's affections the violence and hate Caradoc felt for Sirius Black escalated to a new level.

The following year (their sixth to be exact) Caradoc made note of Sirius' interest in one [GIRLFRIEND #2]. Out of spite Caradoc willingly allowed himself to get in on the game. Over time Caradoc grew to like [GIRL] and really put forth the effort. Unfortunately, when [GIRL] choose Caradoc over Sirius that year the flames of loathing increased on a mutual scale. In many ways, Caradoc thinks Sirius to be a low down dirty asshat with a need for a good ass kicking. Unfortunately, they're past duels have yet to satisfy the latter. Alas, boys will be boys - especially when girls and pride are involved.

+ Second Magical Girlfriend: Maureen Davis
Gryffindor a year ahead of Caradoc was the first girl Caradoc dated after his two year long relationship with [GIRL OPEN]. There had been mutual flirting over the years, but nothing of a serious nature until Sirius Black started sniffing around Maureen in their sixth year. Caradoc, eager to prove that Sirius had nothing on him in the girl department happily made more of an effort for Miss. Davis. Not too surprisingly, Maureen got on Caradoc's boat and they dated for most of sixth year until NEWT's started to weigh her down. Unfortunately, they called it quits after a grand argument in the entrance hall about how he was immature and she wasn't playing his games anymore! And he defended that she was the one that was a fucking kook! The argument went on for a good ten minutes before a professor came along, deducted points and sent them on their way. Needless to say, it's because of Maureen that Caradoc isn't looking for much of a serious relationship for his seventh year. The obligation is too high.

We're currently and always casting anything and everything that'll fill your heart with joy. Below is a list of random generic roles looking to be filled. If you're interested in any of them let me know!

+ The Accomplice Though not best of mates they're pretty close friends and ultimately bond while tending to things they shouldn't be doing. Ahoy, contraband smuggling, filch pranks, and other such petty hallabaloo. Preferably a male in any house pls.

+ Girlfriend #1 Caradoc and this girl would have dated from 3rd-5th year. Caradoc would have been entirely enamored with her, but near the end when things were either A) dying down or B) getting a bit too serious, said girl would have started getting attentions from one Sirius Black and eventually changed flavours. Expect a great deal of bad feelings left behind for this one. Open to any house.


These are just random ideas that fumbled into my head while sitting here when I probably should have been doing something else. They're too be played out in game. If you're interested in participating in any of these do let me know!
